Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Key Leader to join the store leadership team. You will lead Educators, oversee daily operations, and ensure an outstanding guest experience while using KPIs to guide priorities and adapt to day-to-day challenges.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have proof of the Right to Work and meet local requirements (EMEA only).
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and support Educators to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Plan salesfloor coverage and ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain product presentation and store standards.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment.
• Review business data and adjust plans to meet goals
