Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Key Leader to join our store leadership team. You will drive guest experience and operations on the sales floor, lead Educators, and ensure the store runs smoothly while upholding company standards and values.

You will manage staffing, coaching, inventory presentation, and store safety while fostering an inclusive, high-performing environment. Excellent communication and decision-making are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have proof of the Right to Work and evidence relating to local requirements (EMEA).
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Retail/sales leadership experience is preferred (1 year).

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and provide support to Educators to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
• Coach and mentor team members, give feedback, and document performance.
• Ensure product knowledge and company standards are disseminated across the team.
• Provide salesfloor leadership, plan coverage, and make decisions to maintain efficient operations.
• Guide in-store transactions and omnichannel programs to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Open/close the store in line with opening/closing checklists.
• Maintain store presentation by restocking and relocating items as needed.
• Promote inclusive, respectful team environment and productive relationships.
