lululemon is seeking a Key Leader to drive store leadership, guest experience, and daily operations. You will lead Educators, ensure an outstanding guest experience, and monitor store performance with data-driven insights.

The role emphasizes coaching, inclusivity, and accountability, with responsibilities spanning open/close duties, product presentation, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver a premium in-store experience.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Retail/sales leadership experience required.
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach team members, providing direct feedback and career guidance.
• Provide outstanding guest experience and oversee store operations.
• Collaborate with team to ensure optimal guest experience and store performance.
• Review business data and metrics to evaluate progress toward goals and adjust as needed.
• Open and close the store according to checklists.
• Assign Educators and delegate tasks to maintain a premium store environment.
