Qualifications

• Experience working as a QA Supervisor, ideally in food manufacturing.
• Excellent understanding of Quality Assurance principles.
• Demonstrable auditing skills.
• Knowledge of HACCP and general microbiology.
• Experience in aesthetic swabbing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the QA team in monitoring product quality.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer codes of practice.
• Manage and develop the QA team through training and mentoring.
• Report on factory technical status and non-compliance issues.
