A leading fashion retailer is looking for a Lead Producer for a 12-month fixed-term contract. Based at our Head Office in Greater London, you will manage daily eCommerce shoots and brand campaigns. You should possess excellent budgeting and negotiation skills, alongside a background in video and stills production. The role includes managing multiple timelines, leading a talented team, and shaping the creative vision, ensuring that all outputs align with the brand values. Reporting to the Head of Production, this role covers daily eCommerce studio shoots, elevated eCommerce, and brand campaign shoots. You will be comfortable managing multiple timelines — while one shoot is in post-production, you will already be preparing for the next in pre‑production. With a calm and confident approach, you will set clear expectations for both internal and external teams, while also managing our talented team of full‑time photographers. With your extensive network of industry contacts, you excel at identifying the right talent for every project. At this level, you will also be thinking strategically about the brand’s continued evolution, proactively suggesting new creative talent that aligns with our vision.
