What You Will Do
  • Lead process engineering maturity by designing and delivering training aligned with industry standards.
  • Deputise for the Process Engineering Manager, ensuring seamless operations in their absence.
  • Develop and maintain detailed production process maps, using tools like Value Stream Mapping, Yamazumi Charts, and time study analysis.
  • Drive process efficiency improvements, focusing on production flow and waste reduction.
  • Conduct PFMEA and Control Plan activities to implement robust process controls for quality assurance.
  • Monitor manufacturing data, analyse trends, and propose solutions to enhance operational performance.
What You Will Bring
  • Significant experience in process engineering within a complex manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in using tools like Standard Operating Instructions, Spaghetti Diagrams, and SPC.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to resolve complex process issues effectively.
  • Knowledge of APQP processes, including PFMEA, PPAP, and Control Plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.

Due to the nature of the work, applicants must be eligible to obtain UK Security Check (SC) clearance. This typically requires long‑term residency in the UK and may be limited to British nationals.
