A leading grammar school in Royal Tunbridge Wells is seeking a Lead Practitioner for Business & Economics, commencing in January or April 2026. This role involves modeling high-quality teaching, coaching staff, and teaching Key Stage 4 and 5 Business and Key Stage 5 Economics. The successful candidate will uphold high teaching standards and support student aspirations. As a result of the continued expansion in student numbers in the Business and Economics department at both GCSE and A Level, we are seeking to appoint a Lead Practitioner commencing in January or April 2026. The main purpose of the role is to model exemplary teaching and lead the improvement of teaching and learning across the school.
The successful applicant will have high expectations, be a reflective practitioner, and be keen to develop and improve their teaching. They will help students reach high aspirations and share the belief that our students deserve an exceptional curriculum and the very best teaching.
