Wood is recruiting for a Lead Planner to support across a portfolio of high-profile projects for our Consulting Business Unit.
This role will be based in our Staines office with hybrid working available.

The Lead Planner will be accountable for the development of project schedules and plans, ensuring they are prepared to the required level of detail and accuracy and accordance with contractual requirements and Wood policies, procedures, and standards.
As the Lead Planner you will be responsible for delivering appropriately detailed and robust project schedules based on the Control Estimate and incorporating any agreed changes, preparing weekly short-term lookaheads for each discipline to ensure effective planning and execution. In addition, you wll be required to generate schedules in support of proposals often against tight deadlines.
Within Technical Consulting, our clients range from both major and independent operators of onshore oil & gas and clean energy facilities such as carbon capture, utilisation and storage (CCUS) and windfarms, through to suppliers, fabricators and EPC contractors. We execute projects from concept through detailed design, construction and commissioning on a world-wide basis.
