Hi I'm Michelle, Senior Pharmacist Manager and we are looking for a passionate and dynamic pharmacist to join our Pharmacy Clinical Trials team as Lead Pharmacists in the Clinical Trials Pharmacy department.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Trials Pharmacist (Band 8a) to lead and support the pharmacy aspects of clinical trials across all divisions. This pivotal role combines advanced clinical trial pharmacy expertise with strategic and operational leadership, contributing directly to the success of Trust and Oxford University-led research.

In addition to clinical responsibilities, the post holder will play a key role in managing pharmacy operations within trials, including line management of staff, delegation of authority, and coordination of multidisciplinary resources. The role also offers hands‑on experience in aseptic preparation of IMPs within our clinical trials aseptic unit and ATMP Unit, supporting the delivery of high‑quality, innovative treatments.
