Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel or restaurant background.

• General kitchen and food knowledge.

• Train and develop Demi and Commis chefs with baking skills.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen.
• Plan daily operations effectively to meet service needs.
