Job summary

Parkdean Resorts is seeking an inspiring Security Manager to lead our security team and safeguard the guest experience across our park. You will oversee day-to-day security operations, recruit and train your team, and drive a culture of safety and exceptional service.

You will manage incidents, coordinate with local authorities, and ensure CCTV and security systems operate effectively. A current SIA license (Door Supervision) and a clean UK driving licence are required, with a focus on

Qualifications

• Experience leading a security team.
• Current SIA license (Minimum Door Supervision) and a full clean UK driving licence (Manual).
• Strong customer service skills and ability to influence others.
• Ability to foster a positive security culture within a team.
• Commercial awareness including budget and rota management.

Responsibilities

• Plan resource levels to ensure adequate security for the park.
• Lead patrols and deter incidents across the park.
• Ensure compliance with security instructions and procedures.
• Manage incidents with proper escalation and reporting.
• Oversee security technology and CCTV operations.
• Conduct investigations and produce detailed statements and reports.
