Job summary

Parkdean Resorts is seeking an experienced Security Manager to lead our security team across one of our UK parks. You will oversee daily security operations, recruit and develop staff, and drive a culture of safety and exceptional guest experience.

The role requires SIA licensing, strong leadership, customer service excellence, and the ability to manage a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. DBS checks may apply as part of safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a security team.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• SIA license (Minimum Door Supervision) and clean UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Plan resource levels to ensure adequate security.
• Patrol park and deter incidents; manage security operations.
• Oversee incidents, escalation, and reporting; manage CCTV and tech.
