Job summary

A healthcare organization is seeking a highly motivated Lead Outpatient Pharmacist to provide professional leadership and operational management for the outpatient pharmacy team. This senior role combines responsibilities of a Responsible Pharmacist while ensuring safe and effective delivery of clinical pharmacy services. Candidates must be registered with GPhC and possess a Master's degree in pharmacy, along with proven managerial experience. Qualifications

  • Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPHC).
  • Master's degree or equivalent in pharmacy.
  • Proven experience leading teams and managing pharmacy operations as an RP.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical and professional leadership to outpatient pharmacists and dispensary staff.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring high standards of pharmaceutical care.
  • Lead on regulatory readiness, including SOP development.
