Job summary

Bijoux De Mimi is seeking an Operations Manager to own the operational backbone of our fast-growing, internationally scaling jewellery business. You will lead demand planning, inventory strategy, and global logistics, reporting to the Founder & CEO, Amelia Hitchcock-Merritt.

Based in London with hybrid setup (in-office on Tuesdays and Thursdays), you will build systems, coordinate with manufacturers and warehouses, and shape pricing and product flow for sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Operations, Supply Chain, or Demand Planning in fast-growing DTC ecommerce.
• Strong analytical background; ability to build forecasting models.
• Booked shipments, liaised with 3PLs, and owned logistics schedules.
• Proficient with Shopify and warehouse systems; ASNs and inventory reconciliation.
• Financial literacy and understanding of cash flow, inventory costs.
• Experience in jewellery, fashion or ecommerce.

Responsibilities

• Own Demand Planning & Inventory Strategy; forecast stock and allocate inventory across UK, EU, US.
• Manage Supply Chain & Production; coordinate with manufacturers and lead times.
• Oversee Global Logistics & Warehouse Operations; ship, customs, and ASN processes.
• Administer SKU data, barcodes, HS codes, weights, and Shopify uploads.
• Own Import/Export decisions, tariffs, and international logistics.
• Provide strategic input to scale operations and improve efficiency.
