Job summary

Bijoux De Mimi is seeking an Operations Manager to own the operational backbone of a fast-growing, internationally scaling jewellery business. You will own demand planning, inventory strategy, and global logistics, coordinating across UK, EU, and US warehouses.

The role reports to the Founder and will shape systems for scalable growth. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Operations or Supply Chain in DTC ecommerce, strong analytics, and hands-on experience with Shopify and WMS.

Qualifications

5+ years in Operations, Supply Chain, or Demand Planning in fast-growing DTC ecommerce.
Strong analytical background with spreadsheets and forecasting models.
Experience booking shipments, managing lead times, liaising with 3PLs, and coordinating logistics schedules.
Proficiency with Shopify and warehouse management systems (ASNs, inventory reconciliation).
Financial literacy: cash flow, inventory carrying costs, and spend decisions.
Import/export experience: customs, tariffs, documentation, or international logistics.
Experience in jewellery, fashion or ecommerce.

Responsibilities

Own demand planning and inventory strategy across UK, EU, and US warehouses to maximise availability.
Lead supply chain and production management, coordinating manufacturers and timelines.
Oversee global logistics, carrier bookings, customs, and delivery schedules.
Manage SKU data, barcodes, HS codes, and product information in Shopify as the single source of truth.
Own import/export decisions, cost optimization, and compliance across regions.
Proactively identify gaps and scale operations with a founder-led vision.
