This is a permanent, part time post of 22.5 up to 27.5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday. Working pattern (days and hours) will be discussed at interview.
The annual salary for this post is £48,645 per annum (pro rata for part time hours); plus many excellent employee benefits (see attached poster for more information).
As a Symphony Lead Nurse, you would be part of a nursing team responsible for ensuring that the practice provides optimum care relevant to the practice population, either in practice or the home environment.
You would be able to run a full Practice Nurse clinic. This would include (but not limited to) providing general nurse appointment cover and long term conditions and chronic disease management. You will also demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making, assessment and expert care.
