  • Hold a First Level qualification and current NMC Registration.
  • Demonstrate a minimum 2 years experience and up to date knowledge of care.
  • Display good interpersonal skills and ability to instruct and demonstrate care activities.
  • Have sound knowledge of care planning and its practical application.

Responsibilities

  • Act as person in charge and ensure high standards of care.
  • Undertake nursing tasks including medication distribution and catheterisation.
  • Advise families and GPs about changes in residents' conditions.
  • Supervise staff in the care team and ensure tasks are completed.
