We are looking for an Engineering Lead - Lead Maintenance Engineer who is not just seeking a job, but a meaningful career that harmonises cutting‑edge engineering solutions with the academic spirit to create an exemplary living and learning environment.
You will be the cornerstone of our Hard FM services, ensuring all mechanical and electrical services are not only operational but optimised to enhance student and staff experiences across all campus facilities, including residences and academic estates. This role is designed for those who are passionate about shaping future generations by providing safe, efficient, and innovative environments conducive to learning and development.
Your leadership will drive our team to excel through proactive management, adherence to stringent compliance standards, and a commitment to continuous improvement and sustainability. Lead by example, inspiring your team with integrity and a hands‑on approach that fosters respect and ambition within our community.
An additional £1,200 per annum will be paid to the postholder in recognition of the responsibilities associated with the Appointed Person role.
