Qualifications

• Electrical or Mechanical Qualifications – Level 2/3 NVQ or City & Guilds Equivalent.
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
• Happy to work as the sole Engineer on site.

Responsibilities

• Manage agreed KPI and SLA's alongside the Supervisor.
• Arrange specialist sub-contractors.
• Ensure all paperwork is up to date on each contract.
