Job summary

Mitie is seeking an Incident Response Centre Supervisor in Coventry at Ansty Park. You will lead IRC Operators, oversee CCTV and incident response across Sainsbury's locations, and ensure high standards of training and documentation.

The role requires strong leadership, incident management, and excellent reporting skills. You will coordinate shifts, manage inquiries, and drive safe, secure operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Security Operations Centre (SOC) and incident response.
• Knowledge of CCTV monitoring and access control.
• Ability to lead a diverse team and meet SLAs.
• SIA Licence holder – CCTV & Guarding (training can be provided).

Responsibilities

• Lead IRC Operators to support colleagues across the client’s network.
• Incident commander for all out-of-hours incidents at Sainsbury’s locations.
• Lead ad-hoc projects designated by senior management.
• Ensure staff are trained in security functions and maintain training records.
• Enable corporate, store and depot teams to work safely.
