Job summary

ICTS UK Ltd operates a 24/7 Alarm Receiving Centre where you will monitor CCTV cameras and support security operations. The role demands reliability, flexibility and the ability to work as part of a small team, covering annual leave and absences with 12-hour shifts.

Essentially you will hold an SIA PSS license, have five years of checkable history and references, and pass a CRC. Proficiency with Immix Cloud, Sentinel and EMS is advantageous.

Qualifications

• SIA Public Space Surveillance (PSS) license is essential.
• Five years’ checkable history and references.
• Pass a criminal records check (CRC) to required standards.
• Strong computer literacy and experience in data systems/MS Excel & Word.
• Experience with monitoring platforms such as Immix Cloud, Sentinel and EMS.
• Ability to remain calm and focused while handling multiple issues.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control CCTV cameras and video recording equipment.
• Produce and analyse data from software systems.
• Respond to requests from colleagues and clients.
• Maintain records on paper and computer systems.
• Ensure CCTV material is evidential and secure.
• Direct security responses to alarm events.
• Liaise with authorities during emergencies.
• Provide statements for legal use.
• Report incidents and faults; dispatch engineers as needed.
