Job summary
Matchup is seeking a Security Response Centre Supervisor for their Camberley-based team. You will be the on-shift leader, overseeing Duty Officers, managing threats, and acting as Bronze Commander during incidents, ensuring seamless communication with mobile teams, guards, estate patrols, clients and emergency services.
Key duties include leading incident response, monitoring CCTV and comms, rostering mobile patrols, and producing detailed handover reports.
Qualifications
- SIA Front‑Line Licence is required.
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Experience in a Response Centre/ARC or Control Room environment (1 year).
- Strong understanding of mobile patrols, keyholding and guarding services.
- Organised, calm under pressure, and a natural leader.
Responsibilities
- Lead incident response and command real-time operations.
- Monitor CCTV, alerts, calls, emails and radio comms.
- Oversee mobile patrol deployment, rostering and site cover.
- Prepare detailed daily handover reports and ensure shift continuity.
- Support staff development and uphold client instructions and standards.
