Ourteam is growing, and we are looking for a Lead IAM Engineer to join us on our journey!

Your day-to-day

• Defineand maintain the organisation's IAM strategy, architecture, and roadmap
• Leadthe architectural design and oversee the implementation of scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise-wide IAM solutions
• Evaluate,pilot, and recommend new IAM technologies, standards, and methodologies
• Provideexpert-level consulting on IAM architecture, security posture, and integration strategies
• Driveinnovation, set standards for automation (including IaC and API usage best practices), and foster continuous improvement within the IAM domain
• Establishsecure and reusable patterns for application integration (SSO / Federation) and API access management
• Leadtroubleshooting efforts for the most complex identity and access issues
• Influencestakeholders and drive change at an organisational level

Your background and mindset

• Masteryof IAM principles, technologies, protocols, and best practices across various vendor solutions
• Deepunderstanding of security architecture, enterprise integration patterns, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Expertisein designing and implementing architectures based on modern security frameworks (e.g. Zero Trust)
• Advancedknowledge of API security (REST, OAuth, OIDC, SAML) and integration strategies
• Proficiency in relevant programming / scripting languages (e.g. Python, PowerShell, Go) for automation and integration
• Expertisein leveraging Infrastructure as Code (IaC) (e.g. Terraform) and APIs for strategic automation, orchestration, and system integration
• Abilityto evaluate and integrate identity context from diverse security tool sources
• Theability to inspire, guide with strategic decision-making, and effective communication skills
• Provenability to influence stakeholders and drive organisational change.
