Qualifications

  • Literacy and numeracy at GCSE grade C or above.
  • Must hold NVQ3 or equivalent in Horticulture.
  • Experience supervising teams is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Provide supervisory support to maintain estates as per contract specifications.
  • Ensure accurate daily work records and progress updates.
  • Respond to service delivery complaints and escalate issues as needed.

Skills

Literacy and numeracy equivalent to grade C GCSE English and Maths
NVQ3 or equivalent in Horticulture or similar discipline
Some experience in supervising others
Ability to use and update computerised systems (including PDA)
Some practical experience of operating machinery
Full valid UK driving licence
