Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience of direct work with children and families in an Early Help setting.

Responsibilities

• Undertake whole family assessments and develop SMART family plans.
• Work with families facing issues such as poor school attendance and safeguarding.
• Deliver direct work with children, parents, and families.
