Qualifications

• Chartered Engineer (CEng) or Incorporated Engineer (IEng) with MCIBSE or MIET.
• Minimum 6 years’ post-qualification experience in electrical building services design.
• Proven experience leading projects through RIBA Stages 5–6.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design teams across multiple building services projects.
• Take responsibility for electrical design from concept to handover.
• Act as lead designer ensuring compliance with regulations.

Skills

6 years’ experience in electrical design
