Job summary

Whitbread PLC, owner of Premier Inn Cannock, is seeking a Duty Manager to lead shifts across reception, housekeeping and the restaurant, ensuring guests have a smooth stay. You’ll coach team members, resolve issues, and step in wherever needed to keep the hotel running at peak times.

Maximum hourly pay is up to £13.86, with 24 guaranteed hours per week and a permanent contract, offering clear progression toward a Hotel Manager role within a supportive leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Cover multiple teams during busy periods to ensure smooth operation.
