Whitbread’s Norwich East Premier Inn is hiring a Duty Manager to help run the hotel shift, lead the team across reception, housekeeping and the restaurant, and ensure guests have a great stay.

This permanent role offers 32 guaranteed hours per week with pay up to £13.86 per hour, and a pathway to future roles like Hotel Manager, making it a strong entry point in hospitality leadership.

Qualifikationen

• No formal hotel experience required, passion for leading teams and guest service.
• Strong communication and decision-making in a busy environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead shifts across the hotel and deliver clear pre-shift briefings
• Support and coach team members throughout the day
• Help guests with questions and sort out problems
• Jump in to support different teams, from reception to the restaurant
• Spot issues early and put them right
• Help keep guests safe and the hotel running the way it should
• Work closely with the Hotel Manager and wider leadership team
