Job summary

Whitbread’s Premier Inn in Tring is recruiting a Duty Manager to lead shifts, help guests and coordinate reception, housekeeping and restaurant operations to ensure a smooth guest experience.

You’ll be working 8 hours per week at up to £13.86 per hour in a permanent contract, with shifts including evenings and weekends. No hotel experience required; leadership potential and calm decision-making are valued as you develop toward future progression.

Qualifications

• Any role where you’ve been responsible for leading people in a busy customer-facing environment would suit us.
• You don’t need hotel experience; we can teach you the hotel.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts across the hotel and deliver clear pre-shift briefings.
• Support and coach team members throughout the day.
• Help guests with questions and sort out problems.
• Jump in to support different teams, from reception to the restaurant.
• Spot issues early and put them right.
• Help keep guests safe and the hotel running.
