Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a busy customer-facing environment is not required but helpful.
• Strong decision-making and calm under pressure are valued.
• Good people leadership and guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts across the hotel and deliver clear pre-shift briefings.
• Coach and support team members throughout the day.
• Assist guests with questions and resolve issues.
• Step in to support reception, housekeeping and restaurant teams.
• Identify problems early and take corrective action.
• Help ensure guest safety and smooth hotel operations.
• Collaborate with Hotel Manager and leadership team.
