Whitbread's Stafford North Spitfire Premier Inn is hiring a Hotel Duty Manager to lead a friendly, high‑performing team and ensure a welcoming, safe guest experience. You’ll bring leadership experience from retail or similar environments and drive standards across service, safety and operations.

This permanent role is 24 hours per week with a pay rate of up to £13.86 per hour on day shifts. Immediate start available, with a clear career path and benefits through Whitbread.

Formación

• Experience leading people in a previous role (retail or similar) with a track record of delivering strong customer service.
• Ability to lead a team, communicate clearly and drive safety and service standards.
