Whitbread PLC is hiring a Duty Manager for Cockermouth Premier Inn. You’ll lead shifts across reception, housekeeping and the restaurant to ensure guests have a great stay while supporting your team’s needs.

This permanent role offers 32 guaranteed hours per week and pay up to £13.86 per hour, with opportunities to progress toward a Hotel Manager role. This role blends frontline leadership with hands-on guest service, requiring flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts across the hotel and deliver clear pre-shift briefings.

• Identify issues early and take corrective action.
• Maintain guest safety and smooth hotel operations.
