Job summary

Intact Insurance UK seeks a Senior Continuous Improvement leader to drive process optimisation across Commercial Lines and related functions. You will direct CI initiatives, govern methodology, and track benefits while mentoring a team of CI Business Partners to deliver high-quality outcomes.

The role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and a proven ability to translate insights into action within matrixed, regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in continuous improvement, Lean or process optimisation.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is preferred.
• Proven capability to deliver change and measurable benefits in complex environments.
• Considerable leadership and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Owns the continuous improvement strategy, aligning to priorities and service outcomes.
• Leads delivery of CI programmes, prioritising activity for maximum impact.
• Oversees CI governance, methodology and benefit tracking with measurable outcomes.
• Leads and develops a team of CI Business Partners, building capability.
• Identifies and resolves performance issues and process inefficiencies.
• Acts as escalation point to remove delivery barriers and ensure progress.
