• Owns delivery of CI outcomes including service performance and efficiency gains.
• Identifies, prioritises and delivers measurable improvements.
• Leads process redesign and embeds changes into daily operations.
• Drives resolution of performance issues with leaders to improve service delivery.
• Partners with operational teams to sustain improvements.
• Coaches stakeholders to adopt CI practices and sustain performance.
