Responsibilities
- Owns the continuous improvement strategy aligned to priorities and outcomes.
- Leads delivery of CI programmes with prioritized impact.
- Oversees CI governance, methodology and benefit tracking.
- Leads and develops a team of CI Business Partners.
- Identifies and resolves performance issues and process inefficiencies.
- Escalates and removes delivery barriers to maintain progress.
