Job summary

Intact Insurance, formerly RSA, is reshaping its operations in the UK and Europe. We’re seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement leader to drive Lean and process optimisation across Commercial Lines in a hybrid role based in Manchester or Glasgow.

You will own CI strategy, deliver programmes, develop a team of CI Business Partners, and ensure measurable benefits. Strong leadership, analytical thinking and experience in regulated environments are essential.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in continuous improvement, Lean or process optimisation. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns the continuous improvement strategy, aligning with business priorities and service outcomes.
• Leads delivery of CI programmes, prioritising activity to maximise impact.
• Oversees CI governance, methodology and benefit tracking, ensuring measurable outcomes.
• Leads and develops a team of CI Business Partners, building capability and driving high-quality delivery.
• Identifies and resolves performance issues and process inefficiencies, shaping sustainable improvements.
• Acts as escalation point to remove delivery barriers and ensure progress.
