Job summary

Intact Insurance is seeking a Continuous Improvement professional to lead CI initiatives within Operational Excellence. The role reports to the Continuous Improvement Manager and focuses on delivering measurable improvements in service, efficiency, and productivity through process optimisation and change delivery.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in continuous improvement and process optimisation.
• Lean Six Sigma qualification (belt/green/black) required.
• Good problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Effective stakeholder management and ability to drive change through influence.

Responsibilities

• Owns delivery of continuous improvement outcomes across business areas.
• Identifies, prioritises and delivers measurable improvements.
• Leads process redesign and embeds changes into day-to-day operations.
• Drives resolution of performance issues with leaders to improve service delivery.
• Partners with operational teams to sustain improvements.
• Coaches stakeholders to adopt CI practices and continuously improve performance.
