Qualifications

• To hold MRCPsych or equivalent.
• CCT in general adult psychiatry, forensic psychiatry, psychiatry of LD or within 6 months of attainment.
• Full GMC registration with a license to practise.

Responsibilities

• Act as Responsible Clinician for inpatients.
• Provide clinical leadership and training to multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure compliance with Mental Health and Capacity Acts.
