Job summary

National Highways is recruiting for a Lead Service Manager to drive DevSecOps delivery within the Digital Services Directorate. You will oversee a cross-functional team, manage a third-party supplier, and ensure value-driven, secure cloud services across the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and DevSecOps delivery.
• Proven ability to manage a service delivery team and drive sprint velocity.
• Strong Agile experience and knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO) processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the DevSecOps practice and manage services contracts.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery from scoping to handover and realisation.
• Manage budget for the DevSecOps programme and supplier relationships.
• Provide strategic input into cloud compute roadmaps and governance artifacts.
