National Highways is recruiting for a Lead Service Manager to drive DevSecOps delivery across Infrastructure & Platforms. The role blends strategic oversight with hands-on delivery, managing a senior service delivery manager and a third-party supplier in a hybrid UK-based setting.

You will shape cloud roadmaps, governance artifacts, and funding requests while ensuring value delivery and strong commercial acumen, with travel to team meetings as needed.

Formación

• Extensive knowledge of cloud compute hyper-scalers (e.g. MS Azure, Amazon AWS).
• Proven ability to manage a service provider derived DevSecOps delivery team to achieve optimum sprint velocity and delivery critical business outcomes.
• Outstanding understanding of Agile and ADO principles and processes.
• Demonstrable evidence of influencing team dynamics and collaborative working.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver strategic outcomes utilising the DevSecOps capability within Infrastructure & Platforms.
• Manage the full cycle of all new deliveries and capabilities from scoping to end delivery.
• Prepare governance artifacts for commercial sourcing and secure funding.
• Manage the budget for the DevSecOps practice and managed services contract.
