National Highways is recruiting for a Lead Service Manager role focused on delivering strategic outcomes through DevSecOps within Infrastructure & Platforms. The role leads a delivery team, with matrix management of a supplier, and manages the budget for the DevSecOps practice.

The position is hybrid with two days in the office per week and may be based at any National Highways location across the UK, with travel to team meetings as required.

Qualificações

• Extensive knowledge of cloud compute hyper-scalers (e.g. MS Azure, Amazon AWS).
• Proven ability to manage a service provider derived DevSecOps delivery team.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Azure DevOps (ADO) principles and processes, and applying them in project environments.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver strategic outcomes using the DevSecOps capability within Infrastructure & Platforms.
• Manage full delivery lifecycle from conceptual scoping to final delivery and handover.
• Budget management for the DevSecOps practice and associated services.
