Job summary

National Highways is strengthening its Digital Services function with a hybrid role for a Lead Service Manager focused on DevSecOps within Infrastructure & Platforms. You will lead agile delivery, manage budgets, and provide governance for cloud compute services, collaborating across teams and stakeholders.

The role demands commercial acumen and experience in steering deliveries from concept to handover, with line management responsibility for a Senior Service Delivery Manager / Product Owner

Qualifications

• Experience delivering DevSecOps in mid to large-scale programmes.
• Strong track record of agile delivery and toolchains (ADO).
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes.
• Excellent financial and commercial awareness to manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic outcomes using DevSecOps within Infrastructure & Platforms.
• Lead full delivery lifecycle from scoping, governance artifacts, funding to delivery.
• Manage the budget for the DevSecOps practice and managed services contracts.
