Job summary

National Highways is recruiting a Lead Service Manager to drive DevSecOps delivery within Infrastructure & Platforms. This Agile-delivery-first role oversees governance, funding preparation, and end-to-end delivery of cloud services.

Based in the UK with a hybrid pattern (two days in the office) and potential travel, you will manage a Senior Service Delivery Manager and a third-party supplier, shaping roadmaps and commercial outcomes for the Digital Services Directorate.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of cloud compute hyper-scalers (e.g. MS Azure, Amazon AWS).
• Proven ability to manage a DevSecOps delivery team to achieve sprint velocity and outcomes.
• Strong understanding of Agile and ADO principles and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead DevSecOps delivery team to achieve sprint velocity and business outcomes.
• Prepare governance artifacts and secure funding for cloud compute services.
• Own end-to-end delivery including scoping, governance, and handover to BAU.
