Job summary

National Highways is recruiting for a Lead Service Manager role within the Digital Services Directorate. The role focuses on delivering DevSecOps-led cloud capabilities across Infrastructure & Platforms, with end‑to‑end governance from scoping to delivery.

You will lead a Senior Service Delivery Manager/PO and manage a third‑party supplier, operating in a hybrid UK setting with office days and travel to team meetings.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of cloud compute platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS).
• Proven ability to lead DevSecOps delivery teams to achieve outcomes.
• Strong understanding of Agile and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead DevSecOps delivery within Infrastructure & Platforms.
• Manage and monitor budgets for the DevSecOps practice.
• Prepare governance artifacts for cloud procurements and roadmaps.
• Guide strategic cloud compute roadmaps for the function.
• Oversee cross‑functional collaboration to meet user needs.
