Job summary

A leading healthcare provider in the UK is seeking a Lead Clinical Nurse Specialist in Reproductive Medicine and Hysteroscopy/Myosure. This role involves providing clinical expertise, supporting the Gynaecology division, and working in a multidisciplinary setting. The ideal candidate should be proficient in venepuncture, drug administration, and diagnostic hysteroscopy. This position offers Monday to Friday working hours with a focus on patient care and collaboration with healthcare teams.

About the Role

We have a secondment / fixed term post available for a Lead Clinical Nurse Specialist for Reproductive Medicine and Hysteroscopy/Myosure to join our Gynaecology division within the Rosie Hospital.

Responsibilities

Provide expert clinical skills to support the Benign Gynaecology department, undertaking outpatient ambulatory diagnostic hysteroscopy/myosure clinics and nurse‑led reproductive medicine consultation clinics, including menstrual dysfunction, vaginal dilation and coil clinics.

Work closely with Multidisciplinary teams to ensure evidence‑based care across Reproductive Medicine.

Qualifications
  • Proficient in venepuncture & cannulation, drug administration.
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills.
  • Ability to undertake diagnostic hysteroscopy and myosure.
Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

Additional Information

If you do not have the required qualifications to undertake hysteroscopy and myosure, consideration will be given to the applicant to undertake the secondment role focusing on diagnostic hysteroscopy (if already trained) and reproductive medicine consultation clinics as a Band 7.
