Job summary

A leading biopharmaceutical company in Wrexham is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their team on a contract basis of 3 months, possibly extending to 6 months. The successful candidate will manage a Process Maintenance team, oversee root cause analysis, and ensure compliance with maintenance documentation. A relevant engineering degree and significant maintenance management experience are required, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector. Competitive hourly rate offered.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a Maintenance Management role, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with cGMP document compliance.
• Ability to provide end-user input on CapEx projects.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a highly skilled Process Maintenance team.
• Ensure root cause analysis investigations occur to implement corrective actions.
• Provide effective maintenance of all plant and equipment.
