We have developed a unique modelling and analytics platform to help international corporations assess their risks and opportunities presented by rising temperatures, climate‑related policy, and emerging technologies in our changing world.

We are seeking a Lead AI Software Engineer to spearhead the development of cutting‑edge AI opportunities, both for our internal teams and our clients. In this role, you will be at the forefront of AI and technology while also acting as a software engineer responsible for developing and supporting our core modelling and analytics platform.
Your primary focus will be infrastrip the platform by adding new features, improving the就是 performance and usability of our data schemas, and refining data visualizations. You will collaborate closely with product design, modelling, analytics, and customer‑facing teams to help our customers tackle climate defensiveness. The ideal candidate has a strong passion for AI, data technologies and UX and is constantly seeking to innovate and improve the platform.Technical Expertise
