Job summary

A leading children's care organization in Huddersfield seeks a Registered Manager to build an outstanding-rated home. The role offers the autonomy to create therapeutic environments and shape a dedicated team. Candidates should have at least 2 years' experience managing a 'Good' or 'Outstanding' home and a Level 5 Diploma. Competitive remuneration (£55,000 - £60,000) plus performance bonuses, generous holiday leave, and comprehensive support will be provided. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager or 3-4 years as a Deputy Manager within a home rated 'Good' or 'Outstanding' by Ofsted.
  • Strong understanding of relevant legislation (The Children Act 1989, safeguarding).
  • Proven passion for creating therapeutic environments.
