A respected legal firm in London is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate for their Project Finance team. The position focuses on advising clients in the mining and heavy industry sectors on finance transactions. Candidates should have at least 5 years of PQE, ideally trained at a top-tier firm. Experience in the mining industry is advantageous but not a dealbreaker. This role offers the opportunity to work within a busy team and has an immediate start date.

Job description

Highly regarded firm is looking for an Associate / Senior Associate to join their Project Finance team on an initial contract or temp to perm basis commencing January.

Australian, NZ and SA qualified lawyers with relevant experience and full right to work are encouraged to apply.

You will work within a busy team primarily advising on finance transactions for clients across the mining and heavy industry sectors included sponsors, banks, funds and traders.

To be considered for this role you will be 5+ years PQE as a guide having trained at a top tier firm within a project finance team. Mining industry experience is advantageous but not essential.
