A local healthcare provider in Wokingham is looking for a dedicated and experienced Healthcare Assistant to support the delivery of contraceptive care in a patient-focused clinic. You will work closely with nursing staff and contribute to a new service aimed at improving access to essential reproductive healthcare. If you are compassionate and skilled in patient care, especially in women's health, this is an excellent opportunity to make a difference in the community.
Mid Hampshire Healthcare was pleased to launch a new Long-Acting Reversible Contraception (LARC) service in the Wokingham area and we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Healthcare Assistant to join our team on a casual/bank hours basis.
In this role, you will work closely alongside our nursing staff to support the safe and efficient delivery of contraceptive care in a patient-focused clinic environment. Currently we run one clinic a week (on a Wednesday), but we are now looking to increase the number of clinics and therefore, require some additional HCA capability within our team.
This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a new service aimed at improving access to essential reproductive healthcare. If you're a compassionate, skilled HCA with an interest in women's health, we'd love to hear from you.
The MHH Board is made up of representatives from our local practices, ensuring that there is a strong voice for local services. Where possible we work closely with our GP population and our commissioners from the Hampshire and Isle of Wight ICB to provide services at scale across a larger geographical area.
